The family of the late Heulwen (Old Colwyn) would like to thank everyone for their kindness and sincere messages of condolence received in their recent bereavement. The generous donations received towards St David's Hospice, Llandudno were very much appreciated. Special thanks to the Doctors and nurses of Glan Clwyd Hospital and St David's Hospice for their dedicated care and support of Heulwen. Thank you also to the Rev. Iwan Llewelyn Jones for his comforting service at Colwyn Bay Crematorium and to the Funeral Directors R.W.Roberts and Son for their dignified arrangements.
